We have currently being printing letters as reports but there is no way to track these against the contact. I was hoping to use Mail Merge templates but this doesn't track the letter as an activity. I have tried to use the Outlook Client but this doesn't work either. On my iPad the Mail icon constantly shows four new, unread emails, even though I actually have none. When I go into Mail and look at the list of mailboxes, it appears the four unread emails are in.
