HI all, I'm running Skype for Business 16.3.240 on OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.2. Ever since using Skype for Business for mac I've had major call quality issues. Skype for Business on Mac is the all new client that provides great communication experiences for Apple users. Features like one-click join, edge-to-edge video, and full screen sharing give you a superior Skype Meetings experience. Skype for Business on Mac requires that the user be running Mac OS X El Capitan, or higher. So it may start reasonably, but seems to deteriorate after some time. I also notice that even at the best of times, the quality is less than perfect, and there is slight delay. I usually then need to disconnect and use my mobile phone to call into the online meeting to continue. Obviously this causes huge disruption especially when speaking to managers and important business clients. Is there anything I can do to improve the quality and stability of these calls? Please note I believe this is not hardware or internet connection related, because on standard/personal Skype (Version 7.44 (364)), the call quality is 100% crystal clear perfect and I've never had any issues - even on calls that have more than 1 hour duration with video included.
